Join us at the track for Hyrox conditioning circuits - the perfect way to build your running base and crush functional exercise stations!

What to expect:

  1. Track-based running circuits - develop your endurance with running drills tailored to mimic Hyrox race demands. We’ll focus on pacing, stamina and transitions.

  2. Functional exercise stations - challenge your strength and functional fitness with key movements like farmers carry, burpees, lungers, and more.

  3. Monthly competitions - once a month test your skills in a Hyrox style competition - choose to compete as a solo athlete, doubles and as part of a relay team with prizes for top competitors in each category.
